Purchases
My Christmas Pageant is operated by Joel Newport. Payhip hosts checkout and digital delivery; PayPal processes payments. These providers handle the information needed for your order and payment under their own privacy policies. We use order information such as your name, email address, purchasing group and purchase details to provide the licence, fulfil and support your order, and maintain required records. Do not send payment details through our contact form. See Payhip’s privacy policy and PayPal’s privacy information.
Contact enquiries
My Christmas Pageant is operated by Joel Newport. If you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, message and optional order reference to answer and support your enquiry. Cloudflare processes the form and spam checks, and Google Gmail receives the email for our review. Technical information, including your IP address, is used for abuse prevention. We do not store your message in a separate website database or intentionally log its contents. Email correspondence may be retained while needed to handle the enquiry and related order records; you can request access or deletion through the form, subject to any required record retention. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive information about children. Form submissions do not subscribe you to marketing.
Marketing email
No marketing subscription is collected on this website. Any future mailing-list signup should explain what will be sent and give people a clear way to unsubscribe.
